In my day job, I am an Agile Coach. My purpose is to support and guide my teams in finding the best ways of collaboration and satisfying the customer.

Even though I haven’t developed professionally for some years by now, there’s always a part of me that loves building things.

Physical activity is a must. Almost every day I get some movement in. Be it cycling, running, weightlifting or rowing. I like the hybrid approach to sports: Strength and Endurance.

I live with my wife, two kids and a dog in the suburbs of Brunswick in Lower Saxony of Germany.

I am a Gamer by heart. That’s why I pursued a career in the video game industry. Even though I am not working in that field anymore, gaming is still a wonderful leisure activity to me.
